Brawler Short Course RC Truck - Brushless Version

The Brawler is a brand new to the market brushless short course RC truck. This model has a big brushless motor and 7.4V Li-Polymer battery so it will go unbelievably fast. The glass fibre chassis and upper deck help to reduce weight and lower the centre of gravity, resulting in faster cornering and higher maximum speed, while the 4WD system with front and rear differentials evenly distributes the massive power to the wheels making this truck a real racing machine. This model is capable of achieving 45 -50 km/h straight out of the box. Brushless motor systems are a new technology that until recently have only been available as upgrades for brushed RC cars. The special motor in this model is much quicker than the motors found in brushed models and, because it is brushless, it also means the motor needs no maintenance and can handle a lot more power being pumped into it. The Brawler brushless RC Truck comes fully built with everything you need to get going apart from eight normal AA batteries for the radio handset. This is a high spec racing model that at full speed requires some real skill to control it. It is therefore recommended for ages 14+. FIBREGLASS COUNTERSUNK CHASSISThe chassis and upper chassis have been upgraded to strong but light fibreglass. The screws are countersunk to give a smooth surface. 1:16 SCALEThis car measures 371mm x 117mm x 185mm FAST BRUSHLESS MOTORThe motor in this model is brushless and is connected to a brushless fully proportional ESC and lithium polymer battery. This setup makes the model extremely fast. The motor is fixed to a metal mount to stop any flex and to protect the gears. To handle the extra power the spur gear has been upgraded to strong Delrin material.   4WD WITH ALUMINIUM CENTRAL DRIVE SHAFTThe four wheel drive improves grip when cornering. The power is transferred to the wheels via a solid aluminium central drive shaft and front / rear differentials that further improve handling. OIL FILLED SHOCKS WITH SWAY BARSOil filled shocks are mounted using ball mounts for flexibility. Both the angle as well as the tension is adjustable. Sway bars are fitted as standard that greatly improve cornering at speed.
